What Chris2006 doesn't like about Willows Shake Shop:
Appalling hygiene staff handling dogs then handling food. Should be closed down. Also now have a hanging menu too high to read the small print, and with lights shining in it. No other menu available. Gave staff £10 note but only received change for £5. View all feedback. What User likes about Willows Shake Shop:
the cherry and decor is like that of a stereotypical old diner and I love that. the milkshakes were made with a lot of taste from which you can choose. the prices were affordable and the staff was friendly and polite. View all feedback.

read moreNestled in a cozy corner of Abingdon, Willows offers an eclectic mix of delightful milkshakes and inviting decor reminiscent of an old diner. While the cafe's size may be limited, the extensive flavor range and quality of the milkshakes impress visitors, although some have noted inconsistencies in thickness and service efficiency. Although the atmosphere can be whimsical, experiences with staff have varied, leaving some guests feeling unwelcome. Despite minor drawbacks, including slow service during peak times and hygiene concerns, Willows remains a beloved spot for delicious, creamy shakes and a warm, community-centric vibe.
