What lazenlondonuk doesn't like about The Mouse Hole:
I only have memories of this underground cafe beneath the Town Hall from my childhood in the 1960s. It was closed down for years after rumors of local Mods and Rockers using it to sell drugs. I recently peeked inside and saw that it had been transformed into a clean but unexciting sandwich bar with average coffee. This restaurant offers a fantastic variety of homemade dishes. While it may be on the pricier side, the teapots for two are quite generous. The service is friendly and the ambiance is calm and peaceful. View all feedback.
