I arrived for lunch after booking online a week ago, only to be told by a staff member that they had not been informed of any bookings. Another staff member then informed me that they did not have a chef and asked if I was still planning to eat. Despite having my contact details on the booking, no one bothered to call and inform me of the situation. There was no apology, only a dismissive response of "I've only just got here and been told, nothing I can do." I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

We had to wait 90 minutes for two meals at this restaurant. The wait was frustrating, but the real issue was the dishonesty about when our meals would arrive. After waiting for about 45 minutes, we were told our meals were 5-10 minutes away. However, when we checked again 30 minutes later, we were informed that one of the meals was actually ready. Unfortunately, we didn't receive our food until about 20 minutes later. If the chef had been upfront about the wait time, we would have likely gone elsewhere. The restaurant explained that the slow service was due to a sudden influx of orders at 7pm, which was surprising. Despite the delay, we did receive a refund and the food was tasty. I've had a positive experience here in the past with a shorter wait time, so hopefully this was just a one-off issue. It may be a better option to visit this place for drinks rather than a meal.

Even though it was very busy and only had two people on bar we got our food and drink with little wait for the amount of people there. Staff were friendly and polite we will be returning

We have been coming in regularly now for a couple of months with our two boys. Food has always been great and service never short of fabulous thanks to Tracy!
