We had a great family visit to this restaurant. The service was excellent, with friendly and courteous staff who were very attentive. Our visit marked the start of our Christmas dinner, and we were not disappointed. The restaurant was very clean, with ample parking and two dining options to choose from. We are excited for our next visit.
The roast lamb at this restaurant is exquisite. The atmosphere is beautiful and the staff is friendly.
We sat on a table bordering on a heat sink. the rayer had old food spots on it, and the Venetian blind lattes were also sprayed with food and were dusty. on the floor was a matte and that has stained on it. the restaurant was cold and the staff went around and wore fleece. the Prawn cocktail was well presented with many garnels. on the top of the salad was crushed, but what happens if the diner doesn't like gurke? when the main courts were at best lukewarm. I ordered filet steak medium rare when it arrived, it was rare or even raw on places. the main courts were only lukewarm. served in the time between our appetizers and our main dishes, there was not enough to prepare and cook our main courses. I asked my filet steak to be medium-sized when it arrived, it was not medium-sized rare and it was at some places raw. what a waste of money and a great disappointment. I visited this restaurant for the first time as a beefeater restaurant, then it was a more lively place and we enjoyed many meal times while we eat there. nowadays the whole place of the soul seems to be missing, this is not helped by the heating, not to be when the weather is so cold, although it is april.
What they welcome, no smiling through the stubborn host, manager? as a large chain company they should have a uniform standard. what we were greeted was someone who carries what I would describe as a bed cardigan. Rude experience... by pushing a menu on our table. young girl took our drinks and food order. no mushrooms. better from island. full water and no taste or garnish. mains, burger nice. I asked for thin pommes that they never arrived, but still were accused for them, even after they had asked for them twice. my son asked for mayo and all that he got was a do and the look of the disgust, again that was of the host. no person came to ask if everything was in order, if we wanted more drinks etc. we wanted to have a desert, but really could not wait to get out of this faulty towering restaurant. the tables were too close together with no social distance. No, thanks from the host who leaves us.
