Contribute FeedbackIn a recent examination of a local fast-food restaurant, patrons expressed frustrations over the decline in service quality. Customers reported issues with malfunctioning ordering machines and insufficient staff assistance, leading to confusion and incorrect orders. Many noted the high prices contrasted sharply with their experiences. Complaints included missing menu items, extended wait times, and inconsistent food quality, even at supposed 24-hour locations. While some staff members received praise for their service, the overall sentiment pointed to a need for improvement to restore customer satisfaction and trust in the dining experience.
I had a birthday celebration at McDonald's and was shocked to find a long hair in my burger while I was chewing. I had to pull it out of my mouth, which made me feel sick.
I want to give a big thank you to the foreign gentleman who served me coffee at 6:55 am. He was extremely polite and friendly, and it was a great way to start my day.
I visited McDonald's this evening and placed an order for myself and my vegetarian friend. Unfortunately, the displays were not working properly, causing confusion when it came to order numbers. When I arrived at my friend's house and discovered that her burger had been made with a patty, despite requesting it without, she was unable to eat it. I was not impressed with the service.
Ordered drive thru. No fizzy drinks available at all, made to wait in the car park for food there were no parking spaces. When food finally arrived we got home to find half of it missing from our order. Shambles.
