Macdonalds - Vale of White Horse

I placed my order through the app, but unfortunately the food arrived cold and my drink was missing. This is not the first time I have experienced issues with my orders being late, cold, and missing items.

No point using the mcdelivery here, Had few orders missing items, some with the dips, which is not to bad but still annoying. But i have had it now as its twice with actual food item up to £8, tried contacting the restaurant, no answer. tried doing through the app, said i have to contact uber eats, even though the staff in the Restaurant is the one who failed to put it in and check the order, and even no answer from uber eats. doesnt look like you will get a refund or your food item, so litrally waste of money.

I think it was Nati who served me at the window. Not a regular McDonald’s customer but her service was excellent and very friendly thank you so much for going above and beyond.

This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Their milkshakes are never available, the staff is rude, and the layout of the store is terrible. I would recommend avoiding this place if possible.

We just used Just Eat from maccies. Totally missing my meal and my partners meal was stone cold. The chips were like match sticks.
