Price affordable, not bad food but very bad customer service, rude and impatient staff first and last time coming

The restaurant serves unauthentic Chinese cuisine and in simple words, it is a scam. What I ordered from the menu is completely different from what received. When I called to ask for a explanation I was met with an episode of shouting and rudeness. PLEASE AVOID!

My family and I have been ordering takeout from this restaurant since it opened. It has always been our favorite in Abingdon. However, we have recently noticed a significant increase in prices here compared to other takeout places. While we understand that costs are higher right now, we may have to reconsider ordering from here in the future. The food was still delicious and hot, but the price increase is making it hard for us to continue dining here.

I visited this restaurant a few days ago and was blown away by the amazing food. I have always been a fan of Golden Kitchen and the sweet and sour chicken was perfect. The special fried rice was excellent and the chips were still amazing as always. I love the spring rolls, they are a meal in themselves. Ordering was easy and the service was excellent.

Ordered the takeaway over the phone, repeated the correct order back to confirm. Upon collection 1 x meal missing and food was just about warm let alone hot!! Granted they said 10min wait I was there in 5MINUTES. Won’t be going back would NOT recommend.
