What Hannah Dörfelt doesn't like about Costa:
Dreadful drinks in takeaway cups as “all the washing up had been done”. Nowhere to sit as all areas closed off despite not closing for over 40 minutes. The worst Costa experience I have ever had. Avoid. View all feedback.
I went to Costa in Marlborough st Faringdon today with a client who has learning disability, I was very thirsty but couldn't get my card to work and my client was demanding too much of my attention. I paid for his meals and the ladies on shift offered me a cold drink since it was extremely hot. Thank you for your generosity. It means a lot. . I'll recommend more clients in for a drink because I'm sure they'll get good service.
Good coffee. Good staff. Disgusting toilets and windows had about 6 weeks worth of flies on the windowsill. Generally very grubby.
Another classic costa. Expensive coffee but it's good coffee. Staff are very friendly.
Coffee good quality, staff reasonable but premises very grubby and not kept clean at all from what we could see. Filthy tables anchors everywhere.
