Enjoyed a lovely lunch here. The fact it's not National Trust is a bonus and the good food, reasonable prices and friendly staff made for a welcome change from standard NT offerings. Lunch came with a huge pot of tea and the elderflower and raspberry cake was delicious. Will definitely be back! View all feedback.
What RomanRemains doesn't like about Buscot Tea Rooms:
On a blazing sunny day, the side garden was in the shade but closed. The main garden was unbearable due to the sun the parasols were too small to be of any use. I asked if we could use the shady side garden and as told No it 's closed . We decided to eat in the car park instead! Save yourself money and buy your sandwiches/lunch somewhere else or take your own and go to the weir area. We will not be using the over rat... View all feedback.
Visited as a family group before a walk down to the Thames. There were lots of picnic seating in the garden of the tea rooms. Cakes where delicious and coffee was good. Would visit again if we were in the area.

Stopped here for a late lunch on the way to Stratford. Easy to order queuing system at the front window. Very friendly staff. Prompt service even though they had several orders in front of ours. Good choice of food, we chose the Buscot afternoon tea box which was excellent value for two people. Very well presented, excellent quality with a variety of cakes and sandwiches. Pretty garden to sit in. Will definitely return when we are next in the area.
After strolling from Buscot to Kemscott, a lovely walk along the Thames, we stopped here for lunch as are so glad we did. Coffees plus bacon and Brie panini with a ham salad sandwich. Well presented and excellent quality/value for money. Everything was COVID safe and the staff were very friendly.Recommended.
Having been disappointed to find it closed on Tuesday (and Monday) we were determined to have a coffee and cake here one day soon when the weather was nice and the menu was so tempting that we had a chicken salad sandwich (really nice wholemeal bread) and a bacon and brie panini as well as the coffee and cake. All very nice and great service with good Covid-19 precautions. Contactless payment added to the safety. Nice seating area with well tended borders full of flowers and birds and bees.
