Zacadoo's Grille - Valdosta

I usually love zacadoos, but lately the food/service isn't as good. I felt sick after the last couple meals and today the dessert I ordered was wet... like water dripped onto where they keep them.

I love zacadoos, however today i had a horrible experience. I ordered some nuggets with a side of Mac and cheese this was what i received. I called and asked if this was the normal portion they said i was supposed to receive 2 of them instead of the 1 cup, i asked if i can have fries instead. A lady in the background was rude and insisted that i walk up to the busy window with cars constantly coming through to have the Mac and cheese cup replaced instead of having a worker bring it to the parking lot. They eventually brought it to the car. I?m giving 2 stars because the guy who brought my replacement fries was very nice.

I hate even giving you less than 5 stars because I LOVE some Zacadoo's. Went through on Saturday around 11:30 am. Order 2 cinnamon rolls, got home and had to try to give one a face lift... look at the picture and you will understand. Besides the extreme lack of icing on the one, it was delicious as always! Easy fix for the company to push consistency across the restaurants and each individual product.

My experience here was good, the food tasty, which I get the wings platter. The service is ok, but the long lines because people enjoy eating here. Trust me they service gets the customer quickly.

Service and Food were EXCELLENT! H-o-w-e-v-e-r my requested cole slaw was omitted from the order... Somewhat understandable with rapid drive-thru pace, yet provided a spot of disappointment upon arriving at my destination...
