The Bistro - Valdosta

The Bistro is an excellent choice for a delightful dining experience. My friend and I visited last night, and our server, Debbie, was incredibly attentive and helpful. She walked us through the menu and offered great recommendations. I decided on the Crab Bisque, which was packed with crabmeat and delicious. The Pan-Seared Scallops were simply mouthwatering! My friend chose the Drunken Filet, which was incredibly tender and practically melted in the mouth. For dessert, we shared the Crème Brûlée, and I can confidently say it was the best I've ever had. Its creamy texture was just perfect. Thank you, Bistro, for a wonderful meal served flawlessly!

Don't miss their fantastic happy hour from 5 to 7 PM every Wednesday through Saturday, featuring half-priced domestic bottled beers, half-off well drinks, and 50% off all appetizers on the menu. Plus, they offer a tempting selection of homemade desserts that will satisfy any sweet tooth. And how could you resist their lovely champagne brunch every Sunday from 11 AM to 2 PM? The brunch menu is entirely different from the dinner offerings, with a variety of egg benedicts, specialty French toasts, and a new lunch menu. You can also enjoy $3 mimosas, $5 Bloody Marys, and a delicious berry sangria. Trust me when I say you will leave feeling full and satisfied, and you’ll be eager to return with your friends and family!

The Exchange Club of Valdosta held our officer installation banquet here on June 28th. The ambiance was fantastic, the wait staff was exceptional, and the food was truly delicious! Charles and his team do an outstanding job. In the 11 years I’ve been coming to The Bistro, I’ve never had a bad experience or meal. I highly recommend trying it if you haven't already!

Amazing food the crab cakes were best I have ever had and have had them all over the country!! Our server Maria was awesome!! We will be going back!

I've only been to The Bistro a few times but the times that I have been the food has been phenomenal! The service is great; the food is hot when you get it. Is just a great overall experience! I highly recommend eating at The Bistro!
