Outback Steakhouse - Valdosta

Our experience was very disappointing. We ordered the blooming wobble, but it was cooked in old oil, giving it a burnt taste. The chicken was also unsettling. We ordered two steaks cooked well, but they came out medium rare instead. One of our hamburgers was undercooked in the middle. I had the salmon with rice, but the rice was overcooked. Additionally, our salads had wilted greens. Overall, it was a letdown, and I have to say, we were very disappointed.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and Cassie, our server, was incredibly sweet and attentive. The food was simply amazing—the glazed pork steak was to die for!

We took our son out for his birthday last night and arrived a few minutes before 7:00 PM. The hostess informed us that they were cleaning a few tables and that it would only be a short wait. However, after about 20 minutes, another hostess came out to let us know it would be another 15-20 minutes. We decided to sit outside, but eventually went back inside. Our son approached the hostess station to inquire about the delay and was told there was a miscommunication, resulting in an additional wait of about 15 minutes. I was quite frustrated at that point, but the hostess seemed to brush it off as if it were no big deal. We chose to stay, but honestly, I don't think we'll be returning. Outback offers a better experience!

During the visit I noticed that the ambiente was not very welcoming. the lighting was too dark and the host was not aware of the lighting. the food was good. I especially enjoyed the steak and the limonade. I think it should be a better drink menu and reorganize it to contain a more lively and welcome feeling.

The service that I received from this restaurant was above my expectations. The waiter provided excellent service and the food was amazing. The true cherry on top was when the manager Keisha came over to check in and make sure everything was going well. She was extremely kind and was dedicated to making sure my roommate and I had an amazing experience. Over all 10/10 in all aspects and I will be dining here again.
