Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse - Valdosta

Jonathon is absolutely incredible! We visited for the food, craving hibachi and sushi, and we had a fantastic time! He had us laughing the entire time. If you have the chance to come in and request a chef, definitely ask for him—it's like getting a bonus comedy show! And of course, the food was excellent as well!

I visited from out of town and had a wonderful experience. The waitstaff were incredibly attentive and friendly, which I truly appreciated. As someone who has specific dietary preferences and only eats sashimi, I'm usually a challenging customer, but the food here was outstanding! The sushi chef was both talented and approachable, making it one of the best sushi experiences I've had in Georgia. The only minor drawback was the absence of Nigori cold sake, but the standard cold sake served was still good, and the waiter was very apologetic about it. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this restaurant!

I always have a fantastic time here! The food is wonderful, and the show is superb! However, I wanted to mention that fried rice now costs an extra $2.50, and an automatic 18% gratuity is added to your bill for the Hibachi experience. So be ready to spend a bit more!

I've been to this restaurant many times, but my recent visit for my birthday was by far the best. The service was outstanding, and the chef at the hibachi grill was not only hilarious but also exceptionally talented—he was definitely the most entertaining I've ever seen! As always, the food was delicious.

We stopped by after our visit to Wild Adventures, and it was a fantastic experience. The chef was incredibly entertaining and had everyone laughing. The sushi was also amazing. The staff was very accommodating. I highly recommend this place!
