The staff was amazing and the room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. Everyone there was friendly. I am only giving 4 stars because they had a very limited selection of channels on their cable TV. There were plenty of channels but nothing we typically watch. Most channels were either news channels, true crime type channels, or children's cartoons. View all feedback.

5 stars are being generous for this place. My family checked in to find our room not ready, even though we had requested a digital check-in. After some confusion and delay, we were finally given a room. We asked for a late check-out, but were still disturbed by housekeeping early in the morning. The room did not have a privacy card for the key slot, and we had to request washcloths the next day. The lobby and hallway... View all feedback.
We came after 19 clock, but had a guaranteed room. there were no parking places. we are both disabled, so my man has made to park in another hotel and go back. he uses a rolator to go. we were looking down to dinner. the restaurant is located on the lobby. there were about 9 or ten little girls and young from 4 to 8 years who walk around and cried at the top of their lungs and jump on furniture. we ate a small part of our evening meal and took the rest to go. our room fridge didn't work. the one simple chair had stained everywhere. there were no glasses in the room. we had an upgrade to our room that should have drinks and snacks. we went to the lobby to get a goggle and there were people who checked with dogs that were milled around in the dining room. we were here many times, but that was the last time. the whole place was ashamed. the bar was made of several top shelf brands and eating was under standard.

Arrived to dirty linens and towels in hallway outside guest rooms on our floor that were not picked up for hours. There were no coffee pods in our room so we went down to front desk and got some….then after we got back realized only one bath towel. When we called to request another, the front desk employee was solo and unable able to bring up.Overall, the staff are polite and hotel in good location. The hotel definitely needs a refresh though, it’s very dated. We won’t be staying at this location anytime soon.
When we arrived it was later in the afternoon we were really tired because we just came from Wild Adventures. The front desk staff was very pleasant. The first room that was given to us was disgusting. Dirty lines, stains all over the floor and dust everywhere. We were able to change rooms which was slightly better. This stay was not worth the $200 I had to pay. I'm very disappointed. I will not be coming back.
The hotel and staff on the night shift were great. We had a bad experience at another hotel and ended up staying at the Hilton last minute and they were very accommodating. We did have one hiccup with our first room the AC did not work but they quickly moved us to another room so it was great. We go to Wild Adventures a lot and like to stay in a hotel when we go since we go for 2 days and we will definitely be staying at the Hilton next time we go.
