Domino's Pizza - Valdosta

I love their pizza. If I'm not in the mood for pizza, they have other options to choose from.

I always love a ham and pineapple pizza with extra cheese, and I always used to get the original crust. However, since I accidentally got the pan crust, I am hooked on it now.

I recently visited Dominos Pizza on Bemis Rd for takeout. I would only give it a 2-star rating because although the pizza ended up tasting great, the service was incredibly slow. I called to place my order and was instantly put on hold for 25 minutes before I could even give my order. After finally placing my order, I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. However, when I arrived at the pickup window after 30 minutes, I was ignored for another 15 minutes. Eventually, I had to go inside to inquire about my order. The staff directed me to a progress monitor, where I saw my pizza was still baking. After waiting some more, my pizza was finally ready nearly an hour later. Despite the name, there didn't seem to be any actual quality check being done on the pizzas. Overall, the long wait times and lack of service made for a disappointing experience at Dominos Pizza.

We always have our pizzas delivered and I always select leave at the door, but they never do, they knock/ring the doorbell over and over again until I answer the door.. which is okay it’s just very frustrating especially since I always leave a tip on my card and I feel as if it’s their way of asking for more.. because I don’t understand why they don’t just leave it at the door unless they don’t see that request ..?‍

Order at 6:20 and by 8 o'clock they still couldn't tell me how long it would be. The app said 40 minutes when we placed the order. An hour later they couldn't even provide an update. Stay away from this store if you want your food in a timely manner.
