Chick-fil-a St. Augustine Rd.

The organization of the drive-thru during the lunch rush was absolutely impressive! I was a bit hesitant when I arrived and saw the line wrapping around the restaurant 1.5 times. However, I timed my experience from start to finish and was pleasantly surprised to complete my order in just 10 minutes. The staff were extremely courteous and efficient, and my lunch was hot! I highly recommend this place to anyone. Chick-fil-A is my all-time favorite restaurant!

I had a rather disappointing experience at a Chick-fil-A. The person taking my order didn’t ask for my name, so when I got to the window, they had trouble finding my order. The staff member mentioned that it had been a long day and that she was ready to leave, which didn’t exactly create a welcoming atmosphere. It felt like no one was really enjoying their job. On the bright side, the food was good.

The experience was fairly average across the board. The food was warm enough to eat but definitely not impressive. It’s convenient that they stay open until 10 PM. The staff was not quite as attentive as Chick-fil-A employees typically are, but they were still better than what you would find at most fast food places. I might consider returning if I’m in need of a late-night food option.

While running from hurricane IAN me and my family stopped at this Chick-fil-A not only was this place clean. The food was fresh hot, service was fast the staff was on point an polite. I was impressed how well they worked like a team to knock down thehuge line that was there when i first pulled in.

It is now my pleasure to write a review. Always a delight to walk into a restaurant where the people who are waiting to serve you are actually happy to see you. Food is always delicious, bathrooms are clean. These are why we will always seek out a chickFIL a when we travel.
