Espacio Cocina - Valdivia

El lugar queda en un barrio Residencial bien bonito y tranquilo. Es como acogedor y muy familiar, está bien ambientado y da una sensación de estar en casa. En cuanto a la atención la encontré muy buena y las personas muy amables a excepción de la persona de la barra que por algún motivo no devolvio el saludo (quizá no escucho). Probe dos tragos de la carta estaban buenos, además de eso los Ravioli estaban muy ricos de buena consistencia con una mezcla de sabor muy buena con una salsa de camarones y un relleno de tocino que la verdad estaba muy bien cocinado. Me parecio muy agradable el lugar, para el nivel gastronomico de la ciudad en mi humilde opinión destaca algo, sin tampoco llegar a ser perfecto, pero es una experiencia agradable. The place is in a very nice and quiet residential neighborhood. It is like cozy and very familiar, it is well decorated and gives a feeling of being at home. As for the attention, I found it very good and the people very kind, except for the person at the bar who for some reason did not return the greeting (perhaps he did not listen). I tried two drinks from the menu, they were good, in addition to that the Ravioli were very tasty with a good consistency with a very good flavor mixture with a shrimp sauce and a bacon filling that was really very well cooked. I thought the place was very nice, for the gastronomic level of the city in my humble opinion it stands out something, without being perfect either, but it is a pleasant experience.

I do not recommend coming on Mondays.... there was no bread, merluza, tuna, coffee, etc. osea missing products in the letter yet exquisite preparation. I capitulate aside one of the meseras malhumorated by a joke that was slipped to him by the lack in the letter and that answered discourteously the rest ok.

The vibe is nice and the food is kind of good, but they have a terrible customer service. They refused to give us the table we wanted, arguing they had reserved the place. We finish eating and the place was still completely empty. Despite the place was empty, they took almost 40min to prepare our order. I recommend you to go downtown that is 10min away, where you will find better options.

Food was excellent! Tricolor pasta was beautiful. Service was disappointing. Had to go looking for a waitress Everytime I wanted to order something. Needs more attention to outside tables. What a shame.
