A unique experience of a gallo-Roman meal (including drinks and bread but except coffee! in a friendly setting in front of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges. An impeccable welcome. Too bad no one wants to take this restaurant for sale...

An unusual, warm welcome, we enjoyed the passionate explanations of this Roman Antique cuisine. A colossal work of research and flavours. It's definitely worth the detour. We had heard about it by the media, it is up to many praises. We will certainly return.
