La p'tite gare de Val-Morin

A perfect spot to break a bicycle journey. One can sit on the grass, on the terrace or inside the converted train station. Outside gives a view of the trees in their fall colours. Homemade soup, quiche, delicious fish and chips, good coffee and good conversation with the owners. Highly recommended.

La meilleure crème glacée! Et une portion généreuse. Ne manquez pas d'y aller puis de marcher le long des sentiers tout proche pour combiner gastronomie et exercice! The best ice cream! And a generous portion. Do not miss going there and then walk along the nearby trails for perfect combination of treat and exercise!

Just a perfect spot to finish our snowshoe venture.The hosts were so lovely and chatted with us about the place and their history. We just needed something light, so went for soup and hot drinks. Wonderful curry soup with slivered almonds on top. Great coffee and tea/tisane selection. I will make sure to stop here on my next cycle ride come the summer season because it is a gem. There were plenty of X-country skiers outside in the wonderful sunshine on the terrace. This place is a must:) Thanks to you all

Biking from south-shore Montreal up to Mont-tremblant 3 weeks ago, was starving, out of food and low on sugar after 6 hours biking.To our exceptional luck we came across this stop, funny thing is that he was already closed. yet he opened up and served us.we got the molasses cookies, to die for, and we tried the ice cream.It was not only a great energizing stop, it was also relaxing, the spot is right by the lake, and it is really calm.If you are biking, I would advise you not to skip this stop. Its beautiful

I recently had some of the best Korean food I've had in a while at this restaurant. The spicy chicken hot plate was absolutely delicious.
