It 's relatively spacious, calm and relaxed by Val d 'Isere standards. The Whole Lobster Grilled with parsley butter was excellent. Fresh from their own 'vivarium ' and so nice I had another two days later. The first night it was fairly quiet; on the Friday they were packed and although I hadn 't booked, they kindly managed to find me a table. Service was friendly, but a bit distracted. All the usual Savoyard dishes... View all feedback.
What Pauline Roberts doesn't like about Auberge Saint Hubert:
ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. Booked for holiday to travel on 27th December. Due to the French movement guidelines we are unable to travel. We have tried to contact the hotel via Email, Messaging Service and telephone and they have ignored every attempt to contact them and we can not get a refund back. As a previous customer we find this behaviour disgusting and will not be recommending them to anyone in the future. View all feedback.
Very central. hotel clean, staff very exhausting to maybe one. breakfast ok, dinner a dream! I would book again!

Easy to have a table without reservation. correct meal
It is relatiw spacious, quiet and relaxed by val d’isere standards. the petersilie grilled whole lobster was excellent. fresh from her own vimarium and so beautiful I had two more days later. in the first night it was quite quiet; on Friday they were packed and although I had not booked, they managed to find me a table. service was friendly but a bit distracted. all usual Savoyard dishes are also present. overall is a more beautiful experience than the more obvious tourist sites.
A great thank you for the reception and flexibility of the hours. We feel at home.
