A lot of stuff from Val-David market farmers market sells at Yann. Best place for a foodie to stock up on delicacies!

Yann is an amazing k... read more I love this store, the amazing unique foods and of course the variation of duck (casseroles, confit, sliced, dices and pureed into mousse). Yann is an amazing kind and inventive owner/chef and his creations will stop you from cooking it's so good. He had oils, pastas, great coffee and often has tasters to try out featured products. Worth the visit!

And what an excellent gourmet shop this is!!!.Endless selection o... read more Although this place is listed on Tripadviser in "restaurant "category, this is a gourmet shop. And what an excellent gourmet shop this is!!!.Endless selection of local artisanal products of Quebec including award winning cheeses, varieties of French style sausages, meats, pates, heavenly rillettes of duck, pork and rabbit. This is a must stop for foodies. I particularly liked slices of smoked duck. Quality of products sold in this store could not be better anywhere else, even in France where we traveled several times. Probably in a local farmer market on weekend , you can find a few of these products but not such as a variety on every day. Owner is a very social and enthusiastic guy, he knows everything about his products, he really likes what he is doing and he does it perfectly. His beautiful little children entertain customers and help their father.
