Samantha, serves me at the drive-thru and gives me my coffee but I don't give me my timbit box, I then tell her before she closes her window, that she forgot my timbits, she leaves and comes back only 5 minutes later late, telling me word for word; what's wrong, what's your problem! Very poor customer service!! Service: Take out

I do... read more Young lady who help me did not seem very happy to take my order. It was quite a few items but I waited patiently and politely. Said my pls and thank yous . I don't speak French but tried to say thank you in french with a smile. Her mannerism just seemed like she was irriated. When I came back to order another item for my son. She handed it to me like she was angry and said Have a nice day with a sarcastic tone. I said i was ready to pay. She didnt even let me pay and just said Have a nice day again and stared at me. It was a very weird experience. I've been to many countries that don't speak english and have never had this happen to me. I always try to be polite as I am aware I am a visitor. I was at the cafe for about 40 mins and have noticed she's nice to some customers and rude to others. One of our soup we ordered was only a little half way filled. We wanted to order more coffee to go, but didn't bother due to her attitude. Another young lady who made our food, prepared it well and portions were good. Thank you so much.

Although I had a number of items, I waited patiently and politely, making sure to say "please" and "thank you." I don't speak French, but I attempted to express my gratitude in French with a smile. Unfortunately, her demeanor suggested that she was irritated. When I returned to order another item for my son, she handed it to me as if she were angry and said "Have a nice day" in a sarcastic tone. I tried to pay, but she didn't even allow me to do that; she just repeated "Have a nice day" and stared at me, which made for a rather odd experience. I've visited many countries where English isn't spoken and have never encountered such behavior. I always strive to be polite, especially as a visitor. I spent about 40 minutes in the café and noticed that she was kind to some customers while being rude to others. Additionally, one of the soups we ordered was only filled halfway. We considered ordering more coffee to go but ultimately decided against it due to her attitude. On a positive note, another young lady who prepared our food did an excellent job, and the portions were good. Thank you!

This is honestly the worst Tim Horton's I've ever been to. Samantha served me at the drive-thru and handed me my coffee, but she forgot to give me my box of Timbits. I let her know before she closed the window, and after leaving, she came back five minutes later and asked me, word for word, "What's wrong, what's your problem?" This was very poor customer service!
