Commanded at 6:45, 6 kebab. He says 45min, okay. I'm standing there 50 minutes later still no kebab near... I had to wait 20h40 to get my order, 2 hours waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!! No excuses. I ask for a small commercial gesture (a fries/a drink etc... , he tells me yes yes no worries, and there I get a loyalty card. He tells me you will have a kebab offered for your next order. Dude, I'm not close to returning to your kebab, and your loyalty card stayed on the counter and you put it to you or I think.
