Off the beaten path, this is a cute little place for a simple country lunch nicely presented. They speak no English so be prepared to sort through the fixed price menu. At about 17€ each, it's a good deal for a starter, main course and dessert. A good mixture of fish, pasta and meat dishes, some of which are local and not seen much out of the area. Top it off with local wine and a great lunch for two for 40€. They do... View all feedback.
What Jammie Wolf doesn't like about Le bistroquet:
we entered the day in august for lunch almost everywhere else the flap was. Beautiful atmosphere and the peculiarities were vey friendly and helpful. But eating was quite terrible. I had the crustillant oriental starter; in the round a deep-fried ice samosa, with. a very average salat. my main course (the cornete/the cap) was covered in a saffron sauce with some new kartoffels that both saw and tasted unpredictable.... Each time a feast, very pleasant place d'une petite rue un peu excentré, but a real pleasure
Very good dish a good address on goon Packs of feet / pasta langouste/grenouilles
To discover, we went there twice in the week. Excellent reception, succulent and fresh , very good value quality price . We will go back to our next stay in the region. Don't forget to book!!
A very nice discovery in this provencal city! Special mention for red lasagna that are absolutely to fall! To be enjoyed with local red wine.
Extremely disappointed...! Coming to eat there on an evening in August, we were denied access very abruptly without any valid explanation...when the restaurant was not full... I don't recommend at all this establishment if the kitchen is in the image of the reception, it's a shame...
