A very good experience to recommend! The cuisine is well thought out with beautiful combinations. All dishes are always very fresh and tasty! Good wines at friendly prices and friendly service. 2 non-crippling points of improvement: (i) the setting/terrace which overlooks the sometimes noisy street. Price quality not ok. The food was reasonable (little) but overpriced bill. The ravioli was tasty but you could hardly see it on your plate. The meat of the main course consisted of 50% fat. We left the table with half full stomachs. The service was even worse. The lady still has a lot to learn in the catering industry. When changing dishes we had to use the same and stained cutlery. A perfect meal from the entrance to the dessert! The couple of restaurateurs reserved us a warm welcome that immediately laid the foundations. Excellent seasonal products that are more local in the service of simple and refined cuisine, what more?
The Babet is an excellent restaurant, with fresh, local products, worked and carefully chosen by the young couple of restaurateur. They know the products they serve and it is seen. The map is simple and effective, ideal to get out of its comfort zone and make new discoveries. A must-see place in Vaison!
