The ordered breakfast was asked to pull and they would say the order unnecessary after 6 min went to get my order. Staff who moved me never informed another employee. Conveniently the one who pulled me around to tear the survey of receipt, so could not do the survey of the terrible service View all feedback.
Tried to get food the person behind the counter asked for a minute and then 15 minutes later we were still standing there without even ordering so I decided to leave and go somewhere else ,
I really enjoy Burger King food !! It?s one of the small things I allow myself when I can eat it I crave it from the burgers to the fries . But I?m going to be honest with you this Burger King in New Windsor NY is absolutely Horrible ! Poor CustomerService , the place is absolutely empty and they make you drive around and wait for your food to then mess up your order have togo inside and they still mess up your order !!! Did the owner of this location give up ? Why is he or she not protecting thereinvestment and why is Burger King Corporate not responding to the plethora of complaints about this location . The manager ofthis Burger King should be ashamed and if you are new please seek better training and listen to the customers . Granted noteveryone is right , But really Burger King get it together!!!
I ordered breakfast and was told it would be ready soon, but after waiting 6 minutes, I decided to check on my order. The staff member who assisted me didn't communicate with another employee about my order. Interestingly, the same person who helped me was there to collect feedback on the receipt, which made it impossible for me to leave a survey about the terrible service I received.
Allowing hair to be down and not covered by a hairnet is quite unhygienic in the food industry. The staff appears to have an unpleasant attitude towards customers, and the manager with curly hair shouldn't be in a management position if he is going to lead his team with such a negative demeanor.
The manager with curly hair is quite rude to customers, and I wonder if they are aware of hygiene standards in the workplace. Allowing hair to fly around without wearing a hairnet in the food industry is not an acceptable practice.
