Was User at Root Flower a mag?
Yes is expensive, but it is worth it! Yes not to lie, it was $100 per person but every single thing came perfect, food was great, drinks were great, wine tasting great, ambience great, service amazing! Every single person at the restaurant ensured that we had a good time and gave us great feedback on what we got! If you ever go, please try the deviled eggs! They were super mouth watering worth it! What User dislikes about Root Flower:
Great spot! The staff was very attentive and the concept was solid. However, they felt a bit over the top at times. The drinks had a slightly medicinal flavor, and the charcuterie platter could benefit from being a bit less adventurous. View all feedback.

This was my second visit to Root Flower, and I enjoyed it just as much as during my previous girls' trip (the cocktails were a blast!). This time, I brought my husband for some pre-dinner drinks. We indulged in an incredible wine flight featuring reserved wines from France, and the bartender was exceptionally knowledgeable, going above and beyond to answer our questions about the region. He was very friendly, which made our experience even better. The wine flight was also an excellent choice! I can't wait to return.
What a fantastic little place for post-dinner drinks! I really enjoyed the ambiance and the overall concept. The cocktails were outstanding, and the service was excellent!
The cocktails and wine selection are excellent, and the menu is minimalist, allowing for the preparation of outstanding dishes. The staff is both knowledgeable and friendly, providing great assistance and service.
The cocktail making class with Joe was incredible! Our bachelorette group had the best time crafting drinks so many options to test your skill! Highly recommend this for your next event.

My experience: We said that the WAITER at the entrance there were snacks, but the kitchen was closed.... since we said this, we decided to take a look, we love new experiences! But this time it was different... we offered respect and we received something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from our waitress from the beginning. For future costumes: There are definitely better places that are also late here in Vail! And for the owners: make sure to hire waiters who were thought of TOLERENCE at school, especially for a city that is expected to receive them international.
Just the best restaurant I've been to Vail so far! It is definitely busy so make sure you arrive early or make a reservation. We started our meal with a winter temptation and a New York sour both drinks were delicious! We also ordered a Buck Nasty I really enjoyed their drinks with winter spices in them I would recommend giving them an attempt. Our first good product we are the lamb spits with Harissa Spread Mmmm so well cooked and great taste with exactly the right amount of spices. Next, the Arepa was followed with sweet potato puree followed by the coconut curry soup. Loved the taste of soup and it was full of vegetables! Overall a great restaurant, nice mood and decor with a friendly staff.
Great bar with a solid food menu. Cocktails are creative and fun. Pretty standard Vail prices.

The cocktails were fantastic, and the service was excellent. The food was enjoyable, with a focus on appetizers and shareable dishes. The price per person ranged from $50 to $100. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 out of 5.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. We started with the crab dip, followed by the queso birria quesadilla, and of course, more crab dip. Every dish was incredibly flavorful and distinct. We enjoyed every last bite, and somehow managed to make room for dessert!
We visited this spot for drinks after dinner and it exceeded our expectations! The cocktail menu features a fantastic variety of unique and tasty options, along with a wonderful selection of wines and beers that you won't find elsewhere. The service is exceptional! The staff is not only friendly and attentive but also very knowledgeable. The atmosphere adds to the overall experience. We'll definitely be returning, and next time we plan to try the food as well!
The atmosphere was really enjoyable, and we received friendly service from Shelly. They offer an excellent selection of wines by the glass or bottle, along with a variety of beers and cocktails. It was tough to make a decision, but I opted for the Queen for the Day cocktail, which featured botanist gin, fennel tea, and grapefruit juice, all topped with Dubonnet over crushed ice. It was incredibly refreshing and packed with flavor. My husband chose a draft IPA, and we shared a chilled crab dip garnished with chives, served with kettle chips. Everything was perfect!
