Marco's Pizza - Vail

Made online order. Walked in nobody came to help me. Heard lots of laughing horse playing in the back of the store. I can see the workers yet I wad standing at the counter for a few minutes. It wasn't till another employee coming from the outside, who was starting to take a break is the one who helped me. The other guy who was with him gave me my food. Still had to wait for my food because they forgot an item from my order. I only ordered two things. If it wasn't for the two guys coming into the store, I'm not sure how long I would be standing out there.

Pre-order pizza hours in advance. Was scheduled to be picked up at 7 pm. Got the alert it was ready at 6:50 pm. Showed up to pick up the order at 7:30 and they said it wasn't ready! Manager had nothing but excuses and didn't even try to make it right. I don't recommend this place at all. Poor service.... Update: Filled out customer survey as requested from company's response below on 8/2 .... yet to hear back.

This was my first time trying Marco's Pizza in Vail, AZ. The service was friendly and quick. However the pizza was just so-so. The taste was slightly bland. Maybe I caught them on a bad day. Unfortunately I won't be going back. ????

I placed an order over the phone the person on the phone was very sweet but when I got there to pick up the pizza. I was greeted by a young lady with black hair named Gabby. Greet was a strong word for that though, it came off as she was upset today or hates her job, all I received was attitude. If these are the kind of people you hire with attitude and rudeness then I would suggest hiring better people.
