Best Western Plus Västerviks Stadshotell

Really nice hotel, do not use the garage only parking 200 m next to the hotel parking lot it is much cheaper there. the jacuzzi could be a little warmer, after a long day in nature I was curious about a hot jacuzzi I was a little disappointed by the cold, so I took a hot shower instead of even the sauna was a little too cold in my opinion. the rooms are really clean, they change their towels every day when they wish, I know it is really bad for the environment, but sometimes it is necessary. I know that they can't open the windows here, I just want to say that some people are disappointed, worried because they can't get fresh air into the room. And for the breakfast they have to be really early because it ends at 10, so they are not so hungry so they can't eat so much. Usually the breakfast is included in the price, and they have a really nice buffet, they even have pancakes! so overall it was really nice day in västervik.

Very nice hotel right in the center of västervik. we had one of the best rooms with lots of space. very good breakfast and an excellent restaurant with the speciality black rock grill. on a very hot stone we rode meat and vegetables at the table garage (not included) in the cellar of the building with elevators to bring them to the floor. beautiful, friendly and helpful staff.

The room was very nice, with some small problems. the interior design is sweeter than functional: 1) our room had clothes hangers on a wall as decoration, of which only one could be used to hang something because it hangs on the wall. very strange decoration choice, especially since there is so much room for clothes to begin. 2) there were no drawers in the room, such as no place on the bed to their ears, medicaments, diary, chapstick, what they want, except on the small chair, which serves as a night table. we have saved the things in jerks under the bed, as so little fits the chair, and also some things they like to keep out of the eyes. 3) the mini-fridge is blocked. that would not be such a big problem if it was not for the fact that at least in our room, they could not get really cold water. for the luck was the ice machine near the curser because we made the trip several times on the day safe. lukewarm water on a hot summer day is simply not. a few small things I wished were careful: our room lacked the badge. we have reported the pencil and got another plug for the flush we already had. Finally, the plug of when found under the tub. this could have been avoided if the room was properly tested to be ready. the mülls were never put right into the bags and had to be dissolved again. a very small thing that probably only shows that the cleaning staff is in some way too much hurry to do that right because they had also saved 't under the bed (which we had not noticed when we had to store it). the breakfast was plentiful and tasty, but if they have any food restrictions, they need to know that nothing is clearly marked. Those who can eat something would probably not even notice, but for many, smoothie is just not enough information. the personal was helpful with the provision of information when they managed to catch one, they seemed so eager all the time that it was hard to get an apology in me. that is obviously not her fault, they were probably just undermined. the location is just perfect, and the road is beautiful. we were in the third floor and our room had beautiful large windows that we kept open most of the time. from our window we could see the sea in one direction, and in the other it was just behind a building. great location in a great city!
