Elma Steak House, Ab - Vaesteraas

Elma stake-house is a gorgeous meat crazy restaurant that specializes in making the best cuts of beef and lamb out there. I personally had the lamb racks which had a amazing texture plus a perfect seasoning. I also tried the grilled beef and it too did not disappoint. Perfect medium rare with a beautiful presentation show. “Salt bae” style). The staff were well mannered and welcoming, it made the whole experience worth the price. 5/5 would strongly recommend for everybody craving some good steak.

Top quality meat, top quality customer service. Price is fitting to quality but not so juicy as their delicious meat, so do not worry too much. Special thanks to Hosheng for his hospitality and solving a small misunderstanding in the orders. Q

Expensive, meat quality is no way near what do be expected for these prices. Everything was flavorless except for 1-2 side dishes which were not more than OK. Atmosphere extremely boring, takes your mind to a school cafeteria rather than a luxurious restaurant. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Good atmosphere per fine dining, delicious steak gets all the stars but it was chaotic during food service as staff has no idea who ordered what (it could be a sequential ordering list simply) no one bothered to ask how is the food after serving and if something more is required at some point and then cleanup was not efficient enough.

Really nice dining experience helpful staff.
