The Banyan Deli - Vadodara

Nice interior and good food. All drinks are a must. If you want to spend time in a quiet place, this is the place you should go for. The staff is nice and overall it was a good experience

The place was entirely deserted when I'd entered but the beautiful interior did make me stay. This cafe is one of the prettiest one I've come across in Vadodara. But the food was a bit of a letdown! We ordered Pesto Pasta, Stir Fried Veggies with Garlic Bread and Nutella Waffles. Pesto Pasta was fair, it had a strong presence of Basil The veggies were charred and not stir fried and tasted bitter so we sent the dish back and were not charged for it. Nutella Waffles were good, not the best that I've tasted, but as they had a home-made feel to them and were thin and fresh, we liked them. However, the portions served were pretty small as compared to what most other places serve for the amount they charged. All in all the food tasted somewhere between average and good and the interior was between good and great.

Give this hotel a 3 star for the interiors only! The place is very nicely decorated with pastel colors and mini plants! But they really need to improve their food, service and music! Not a great place to hang out when you are really hungry or in the mood for some good coffee!

Visited this place for an evening dinner, the place has a number of different seating areas with different interiors in each corner. The ambience is by far the best I've seen compared to any other cafe in town. Large distance between the tables You feel private, there are games to play, books to read. The concept is excellent as each table has a different theme. When we talked about the food, we ordered red sauce pasta, dumplings, and mocktails. The pasta was above average with a good taste of spices and herbs and there was also garlic bread on the side which were good. The dumplings tasted average and were a little too spicy, but the sauce was good. The mocktails weren't that impressive - normal syrups and juices in ice cold water. Overall, the main part of my review is for the ambience and facilities that you can enjoy with great food.

Great ambience !! With great food and service. A must to hang out with friends and loved ones. A bit heavy in your pocket, but definitely worth it.
