The restaurant is quite compact, but it's never too crowded, making it easy to find a table. The food is delicious, especially their wide variety of flavorful wings. They also offer a diverse selection of drinks. The only downside is that there can be a long wait if you order in person, but you can use their mobile app to order ahead of time. The food was good, but the service at the front counter could have been better. When we arrived, the staff member who took our order seemed to be very annoyed with us. The customer service at Wingstop in Vacaville is terrible. The older man with a beard who works there treats paying customers poorly. It is surprising that the higher-ups would allow someone like him to represent their business. I suggest sending in a decoy to witness how rude he can be. I will be sure to inform everyone I know in Vacaville to avoid this restaurant.
I always make sure to add extra seasoning to my fries when I order from this restaurant. The last few times, the seasoning was just okay, so I didn't mind. However, this time, I could barely taste any seasoning on my fries. I was disappointed as I continued to eat them. I used to be able to enjoy them on their own because they were so tasty, but now I have to eat them with my wings to add flavor because they are too plain.

Every table in the restaurant was sticky and dirty, so we decided to leave. I'm not trying to cause trouble or discourage others from going there. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that they will clean their tables and improve their customer service.
I recently visited Wingstop and had a frustrating experience. I placed an online order to save time and when I arrived at the restaurant, I was told that someone else had already picked up my order. Despite explaining that no one else would have picked up my food, I was told to wait until the manager returned. I hope to receive a refund for this mix-up. I will update my review once I have spoken to a manager and hopefully this issue can be resolved.
