I ordered my food online to save time, but when I arr... read more I used to be a huge fan of Wingstop, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I ordered my food online to save time, but when I arrived at the restaurant, I was informed that someone else had already picked up my order. The staff appeared confused and couldn't provide any explanation for the mix-up. I'm hoping to receive a refund for my order, and I will update my review once I have a chance to discuss this issue with someone.

It's su... read more The customer service at Wingstop in Vacaville leaves much to be desired. An older gentleman with a beard who works there treats paying customers poorly. It's surprising that management would allow someone like him to represent their establishment. I recommend sending in someone undercover to observe his rudeness firsthand. I will definitely let everyone I know in Vacaville to steer clear of this restaurant.

However... read more I always like to add extra seasoning to my fries when I order from this restaurant. Lately, the seasoning has been just okay, so I didn't mind too much. However, this time around, I could barely taste any seasoning at all on my fries. I was really disappointed as I continued to eat them. I used to enjoy the fries on their own because they were so flavorful, but now I find I need to pair them with my wings just to add some taste, as they have become quite bland.

The food is fantastic, particularly their extensive range of tasty wings. They also provide a nice variety of drinks. The only drawback is that ordering in person can lead to long wait times; however, you can conveniently use their mobile app to place orders in advance. Overall, it's a wonderful spot with a welcoming staff.

Not asking to pluck em out one by one, it's a chicken it happens. But at least have the decency to say HMMMMM, MAYBE I SHOULDN'T fry and serve this and MAYBE I SHOULD GET ANOTHER ONE . But that's just me.
