You should place your food order before the weekend to avoid long wait times. The food was good, although they did mess up my order at first. However, they resolved the issue quickly. I’ll definitely order through the app next time. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Noah's Ny Bagels:
The order process was chaotic. I received my bagel sandwich first, and it took a long time to get my toasted bagel. While we were waiting, my friend started eating her hot sandwich, but no employee told her it wasn't allowed. As for our lattes, they weren’t ready yet either.
I decided to go to the counter to let the lady who took our order know that my bagel wasn't toasted. She didn’t seem to care and just turned t... View all feedback.
I placed an online order and waited over 25 minutes. When I inquired about my order, I was informed that it had never been made because they didn't have the bagel I requested. They should have at least offered a substitute or mentioned the issue.
We went to the restaurant on the Fourth of July, only to be informed that they had run out of eggs for all their sandwiches. This was surprising since eggs are a key ingredient in about two-thirds of their menu. I had called ahead to confirm their hours, but they neglected to mention that more than half of their menu was unavailable. It turned out to be a huge waste of time, so we decided to eat elsewhere.
Initially, we were given only three bagel sandwiches when we had ordered four. When we brought this up, the general manager questioned our order and requested to see the receipt. Since we didn't have a printed receipt, we were told to obtain one from the cashier. After we did that, they acknowledged their mistake but still provided us with the wrong fourth sandwich. When we pointed out the error again, they attempted to fix it but ended up adding bacon, despite our clear request for no bacon in our order. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the manager simply approached us and asked, "Do you need one more bagel?" After we declined, she walked away as if nothing was amiss. There was no apology or effort to understand what had gone wrong. It’s hard to believe they could mess up our order three times without any sign of remorse. I hope that Noah’s Bagels management addresses this issue to prevent such rude behavior and mistakes in the future. Our total order was $40.
Bagels are good. I think it's stupid that if you ask for cream cheese they tell you they have shmear and not cream cheese.
Went there with my family. We got two ham and cheese and egg and cheese croissants. Doesn’t taste like fresh at all. I felt like throwing up after taking few bites.
