Ordered through the drive through and order was quick, hot, and fresh.Staff was pleasant and efficient.Monster tacos are back and delicious however the shell tasted like thin cardboard.Drive through area is behind the restaurant but the area is well lighted. The lady in the drive-through, who don’t speak English, did not want to reheat my Food app the manager was standing right there and he allowed her to be rude and not reheat my food so I walked away with a cold sandwich. Every time I come to the Jack-in-the-Box always cold food someone needs to call the health department on this place. Rude View all feedback.
Wish they would bring back original bacon cheeseburger on poppy seed roll then commercial would be true best burger ever.
