However, when I came in today, the restaurant was... read more I am giving this place 3 stars because the boba is delicious and I appreciate the option to fill your own cup. However, when I came in today, the restaurant was supposed to be open but nobody was there and the doors were locked. It might be a good idea for them to update their hours of operation, as I drove all the way there just to get boba and was disappointed to find it closed.

The last few visits the boba pearls were always out and no one in there working was proactive to have them available, this last one the same thing... one thin that gave me a bad vibe and that helped me decide not to ever come back it the 3 people in behind the counter while I filled the cups with my kids they received a strange teenager that came in to the shop all suspicious and quiet with a nervous face, he was directed by them to go behind the counter while one of the girls handed the other girl a bunch of 20 dollar bills they all talked quietly and the guy immediately leaves without buying anything and with the same quiet ans suspicious face. Honestly not going back to that place. The drinks are not bad, but just the onward service you get and the things happening in front of my kids eyes are enough to not go back.

I've been in few times recently. I love the drinks, love the pick you own boba. Can't stand 2 female employees. They are not friendly, they are fake. I witnesse... read more I've been in few times recently. I love the drinks, love the pick you own boba. Can't stand 2 female employees. They are not friendly, they are fake. I witnessed them discourage customers from ordering food. To stove is a mess, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in few days. I swear the same utensil and foil were still on the stove from days before. It has the feel of being run down and dirty. One of the employees was wearing nothing but a Bralette and some pants with belly jewelry. Again love the idea of boba Cafe but the rest is very questionable.
