El restaurante El Cingle se sitúa en un entorno incomparable, en el pueblo de Vacarisses y con impresionantes vistas a la montaña de Montserrat. Dirigido por Montse Estrech, El Cingle se caracteriza por su cocina exquisita, basada en la tradición pero con toques de creatividad e innovación. De la carta creada por Montse, destacan los raviolis al foie, su Fornells-Vacarisses, así como sus postres llenos de colores y texturas.
Bueno, señores, acabamos de regresar de comer el menú degustación (por llamarlo de alguna manera) y la experiencia ha sido lamentable. Hace años tuvimos la oportunidad de degustar el menú y era buenísimo; nada que ver con lo que encontramos hoy. Los platos eran penosos, y no solo hablo del sabor, sino también de la presentación y la calidad.
