We went there for the tasting menu for 69€ which is a bit overpriced for the quality of food. The ingredients is all fresh and great but the pairing wasn't there, very little taste in sauces to tie different the elements together. The theme was also very unclear. Cheese and desert was a big let down and the service was a bit slow and not to familiar with wines. All in all I would try it again but not the tasting menu... View all feedback.

Very good restaurant, Nordic cuisine well made. excellent layers and the desserts were also very good. highly recommended.
Wonderful food, atmosphere and customer service! I had the GW7 tasting menu and it exceeded my expectations. one of the main dishes (pure fillet) that was served was especially good, the meat was boiled to absolute perfection. I think eating was quite expensive when you look at the quality. I will certainly visit gustav wasa again and I would recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for a nice culinary experience!
