While we were waiting for the reception for a good 20 minutes, the man sitting on the sofa became rude, and from the third time he answered the question of who he was, calling himself the director , whose task is to tell the guests that the reception should wait. Moreover, he points out that we decided to go to another hotel in a thunderstorm, where there are no such directors. Service: 1 View all feedback.
