Large selection of fougasse (also the original from aigues mortes). Both classic and newly interpreted cakes. Very recommended are the Törtchen le New yorkais and Passion noisette. The sweet cream is well balanced by the acidity of the fruits. View all feedback.

If you pass through Uzes especially make a stop in this beautiful little bakery. You will understand why they have won the best bakery in France by tasting their products among which the incontournable fougasse from us.

Good baguette, smaller and more expensive than in a organic bakery...the sellers take themselves for influencers but without influence to be as unfriendly?
