For those only who want to eat simple and hearty dishes made home. Unique menu and especially no chichis. This is like home. The decor is not the main asset of this restaurant. It can surprise a lot but the dishes are delicious. It was a very good surprise. View all feedback.

It's an experience. The very friendly owner welcomes us to rather outdated premises. The meal was simple, but the quality and cleanliness could be better.
A typical restaurant. A very warm welcome... the food is excellent... even at the last minute. However, if you want to eat authentic Corrèze cuisine, be sure to book in advance. And you won't be disappointed. As for the price, it's more than reasonable.
Hi Christine, just a quick hello from the north. I don't know if you remember me, it goes back about 17 years when I used to come for weekend meals (Gaëtan, the auxiliary gendarme) back when the station was still on Rue du Stade, lol. I wish you all a wonderful Christmas Eve and a Merry Christmas. Next year I'll try to come to your area for a holiday and I'll stop by to visit and eat my favorite porcini mushroom omelet. Big hugs to all!
In short. Just like Grandma's. Traditional cuisine, excellent service. The rustic atmosphere of my childhood. Thank you to the manager for her welcome. It's not to everyone's taste, and certainly not for city dwellers. See you soon.
Picturesque setting, super welcoming owner who made us traditional cuisine with only fresh produce Soup quiche Lorraine salad veal blanquette potato baker cheese fig tart coffee wine all for 21euro 50 per person. Great moment, going back in time 40 years. Thank you so much

We had never been to Uzerche so had walk around the centre up to church/cathedral highly recommend.Did not want lunch with pink tablecloths etc and had a hunch about this place.The hunch was confirmed.It’s a short drive from the town but we’ll worth it.Reassuring g to know that this sort of homely rural cooking still exists in the byways of France.Like stepping into a film set for the late 50s…Madame gave us a great welcome. A handful of local gentlemen were discussing issues of the day over pasties and pression. There is no menu, no wine list. Vast plates of homemade quiche,green salad and an excellent vinaigrette were delicious as was the carafe of red. We were then a bit anxious and full) was that really the starter? Or the main course. That was answered when further vast plates of duck with roast potatoes appeared. Fortunately our host was agreeable to “emportey “ one of number had been travelling since 4am). In summary I cannot recommend highly enough for character, the welcome and good home cooking. 50 euros for the 3 of us including 2 passion and a generous carafe.Also very dog friendly. I wish them well.

Great reception, the boss is really nice. The decor is at the time and in its juice, just like cleaning. But for a drink before taking the train don't hesitate!
Super accueil!
We didn't go out in French right away to book a table. We had a good day and they hung up right away. Not really friendly to the customer. We kwamen er in het Frans niet meteen uit om een tafel te reserveren. We kregen een goede dag en er werd meteen opgehangen. Niet echt klant vriendelijk.

A family restaurant with simple but good and hearty dishes. a very warm welcome. an authentic place you see more than in some of our campaigns
Very good and beautiful place, reserve on the terrace is the top. only flattened the time of service, but it was full.

Very welcoming and very attentive restaurant. I came to look for a take-away menu to make the restaurant discover to a person of my family and who might be interested in various meals. The meal was tasty, hearty, homemade, for a price more than affordable (14 euros) the restorer even offered us to deliver the meals that could be ordered by this person of my family, which is really very appreciable, and more, to prepare some dishes especially according to his preferences. as much to say that such a welcome is refreshed and that I absolutely recommend!
Small restaurant has to discover, a lot of friendliness, a wide and generous cuisine. one can easily park there a place of latent, natural leaven bread made home by daniel, a delight, like its pizzas and pies
