this lil vegetarian caffe can make any of their dishes vegan. the beer and the coffee are also amazing. has delicious vegan blueberries to beat rootcake. the owner and cook, untilmarck aka elvis can tell them everything about his grandmother and his love to llamas. Grateful to have a vegan option as it’s tricky in Uyuni but food was just okay. 3 vegan options and I had the falafel burger. Unfortunately there was very little falafel in it. The homemade chips were nice though, and the bruschetta was quite nice. The man serving us was very friendly! Cash only.
This place is wonderful! And the owner is even better.
Cozy atmosphere, local food, appropriate prices, local beer. Quality not quantity on the menu, but portions are good.
Came in late after a day on the salt flats and were able to grab some nachos and burgers. Food was good and fresh but the hospitality was even better with the chap giving us lots of advice about Bolivia and future travels
The burgers and salads are amazing! And perfect place to wait for the bus. The bus terminal is close
