Therefore we can say that the coffee, the avocado sandwiches and the selection of local craft beers are great! The owner Bismark is a very cool guy and gave us a lot of advice for Bolivia! Since the cafe just opened we are excited to see what other vegetarian and vegan dishes they will add to the menu!

The owner of this... read more This place in Uyuni, is just the most lovely place to sit in the sun and get your cup of coffee or eat some of Bismark's vegetarian creations. The owner of this place has dedicated himself to create a spot that balance the abundance of meat restaurants, and succeeds in it very well. We sipped one of his first coffees, it was delicious. Bismark is an alround genius, through his knowledge of the best companies, best ways to travel, most interesting things to visit, we had the chance to see beautiful places and followed a very good tour at the salt flats. Very grateful to know this place in Bolivia!

That includes potato, sweet potato, cheese (very small pieces , tomato, salad and some other vegetables. I also tried quinoa beer. The food was good, but nothing from the other world. However, the attention was superb and I would definitely come back to support the only full vegetarian restaurant in Uyuni.
