That includes potato, sweet potato, cheese (very small pieces , tomato, salad and some other vegetables. I also tried quinoa beer. The food was good, but nothing from the other world. However, the attention was superb and I would definitely come back to support the only full vegetarian restaurant in Uyuni.

Unfortunately there was very littl... read more Grateful to have a vegan option as it’s tricky in Uyuni but food was just okay. 3 vegan options and I had the falafel burger. Unfortunately there was very little falafel in it. The homemade chips were nice though, and the bruschetta was quite nice. The man serving us was very friendly! Cash only.

Food was good and fresh but the hospitality was even better with the chap giving us lots of advice about Bolivia and future travels
