What User doesn't like about Hotaru Uyuni:
As of writing, Uyuni is still feeling the impact of reduced tourism post-pandemic. Many of the town's small, good restaurants are closed, but this one stands out. Despite basic decor, loud music, and an unassuming host, diners are rewarded with fantastic food. The noodles were delicious and the miso soup tasted authentic.
