Great Korean food. Although you cannot compare that they are in Korea, I was quite surprised for their efforts to make Korean traditional food in Uyuni.
We had really nice Korean food! A bit pricy for backpackers (60 75 BOB per main course) but so are most restaurants at Uyuni. Would recommend!
I won't go here any longer. After buying lunch in this restaurant a few times, and seeing that the price varied from day to day (first time 40 bolivianos, second time 30 bolivianos, third time 35 bolivianos), I asked a local friend to give them a call and ask the price for lunch. They said 25 for locals and 35 for foreigners! This restaurant discriminates against non-Bolivians, which is illegal in Bolivia under Law 045. This is unfortunate, because many backpackers in Latin America are young people who don't have much money. The economy in Uyuni is so heavily supported by tourism that price-gouging of tourists seems like biting the hand that feeds, and is a very ugly practice.
