Always amazed by this particular store's efficiency and accuracy at the drive thru. I was a bit hesitant today when I saw 8 cars ahead of me, and having an appointment that I needed to get to in 10 minutes, but they did not disappoint; I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. View all feedback.
What Nadia Aguado doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Very convenient and fast drive-thru service. I go inside more than half the time to sit with a cup of coffee and a cruller or two (sometimes three). The place is filled with locals and you find frequently familiar faces. The coffee is always hot and fresh and not being a double-double sort I am able to get the full benefit of the Timmy style - it's an acquired taste that Canadians love. After enjoying a visit to the beautiful Layin Park, my family and I decided to dine at this restaurant. Unfortunately, we experienced the worst service as the four girls working there seemed unable to properly serve us. My sister received a drink that was only half-filled, my BLT sandwich came with only 3 thick slices of tomato and 2 strips of bacon, and no lettuce or toasted bagel. My wife's bagel with cream cheese had only a thin layer of cheese in the center. I would only recommend stopping by this place for a coffee, as the staff seemed disinterested and took 25 minutes to bring out our food. This happened at 8:30pm on Friday, December 16th.
It is great that the drive-thru is open during these times of uncertainty, but please ensure the accuracy of orders and that the meals are served hot. It is inconvenient to have to go back through the drive-thru or open each item in the order to confirm its correctness. "Double roasted" should mean double roasted, and "no butter" should be without any butter at all. Additionally, given the current financial situation, a visit to this establishment is a treat, so it is disappointing to have encountered a one-time issue.
Everyone in Canada knows tim hortons, this is just like the others, good service and they have great food.
The coffee is not over-roasted, and the location is convenient for whatever you need to do in the area.
I'm not a fan of Tim Hortons in general. Uxbridge Tim's is very busy especially the drive-thru. I find that the counter staff can be too light at times, and many times they get the order wrong. The bathroom stalls (women's) at this location are...too small and need updating.
