Managed by the Mennonite community, the lunch menu offers healthy and satisfying options. The menu features a variety of salads, including the open range chicken salad which I enjoyed for 20 minutes. I opted for an icy drink, but there were also other non-alcoholic options available. The salads were priced at $9.99 each, and there were also hamburgers and special sandwiches made with homemade sourdough bread. Our group arrived at 12:30pm and easily found seating. In addition to the restaurant, there is a high-quality Amish furniture store next door. The Open Range Bakery is located on Highway 90 on the east side of the city.

The food tasted really fresh, full of flavor and the price was well within reason. Will definitely come back if we travel in the area.
