Starbucks - Uttlesford

Music playing too loud inside. Went outside to find speakers outside too! Not necessary. Music is NOT needed everywhere. Service was OK but not the most friendly. Supervisor seemed more interested in picking up issues with her team rather than seeing to her customers. Starbucks ask customers for a name and then speltvit incorrectly and didn't use it when the order was delivered. I can't see it was a bad experience, it just wasn't welcoming.

Walked in most staff shouting that orders ready no body had a clue what was thrown down in a pile no staff where wanting to help [customer service or training req ]then our coffee must have been picked up not buy us we had to reorder no staff said sorry they did not care at all

This is about the Starbucks on the left as you walk into Birch Hanger We waited in the queue for about 6mins. to be informed they had no tea. I heard this in disbelief.Couldn’t they buy some?This didn’t seem an option . I observed 6 people walk out as there was no tea When I suggested they put a notice up informing customers,I was informed the manager didn’t want to. Who is this business running for?The management or customer So we voted with our feet,after getting a free cup of hot water and left,and I would encourage you to do the same Don’t put up with poor customer service

Dreadful service and mediocre coffee. Drinks served in random order and some forgotten until staff reminded. If they spent more time working and less time chatting up a lone male it might work a bit better.,!

It's an OK place to stop while you are on the M11 motorway. There are a number of outlets and the toilets were clean enough. The coffee at Starbucks was the usual standard and there was plenty of seating. It was fairly quiet while we were there so do not know what it would be like if it was very busy. Unfortunately, there were not many people wearing masks.
