The rice was too crunchy and the chicken was quite bland when I expected it to be spicy. A bit too much ailoli to my liking, but pomegranate seeds saved the dish. Doubt I'll return. Order was placed using a screen and service was fairly slow. Free water available to refill bottles.

I ordered 3 large fries, 2 portions of nuggets, and a chicken burger, but unfortunately all of it ended up in the trash. It cost £31, and the staff consisted of three young girls who appeared to be under 18. My partner bit into their burger and discovered it was raw, pink, and filled with gray veins. My daughter's nuggets were also cold and uncooked. When we brought these issues to the attention of the staff, they did nothing and did not even offer a bottle of water. Therefore, I advise against purchasing food from this establishment if you are traveling.

He was touching his mobile phone, an iPa... read more The fact that the staff member who made the Jerk Chicken wrap had no gloves on to make the wraps ordered is disgusting. He was touching his mobile phone, an iPad, the fridge door and the contents of the fridge. When challenged he stated “wearing gloves is a waste of time” . Totally unacceptable behaviour.
