It was a disappointing choice considering the many other options on the menu.

The service at itsu is similar to McDonald's, where the staff presents meal options to you. I ordered some sashimi and a miso soup, but unfortunately, neither dish was tasty or fresh. The miso soup had large, slimy tofu lumps that were not mentioned on the menu and which I did not request. It was disgusting! The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking, and it did not seem to be properly disinfected. The most unpleasant part of my experience was when I cleared my table and disposed of the rubbish in the recycling area. To my surprise, there was a large open slop bucket containing the leftover, uneaten meals of previous patrons. The sight of festering food floating in a rotting sewage pool almost made me sick.

I tried the I'thai Udon dish, which consisted of noodles with vegetables such as peas, beans, peppers, and coriander, all in a rich, slightly spicy sauce with coconut milk. It was delicious and the service was quick and friendly. Overall, I would say it was the perfect airport lunch for me.

Great for when you want something on the go but don't want something greasy Being an airport site you wouldn't expect high standards of customer service as everyone is in a rush but the staff were super awesome and helpful with my fuzzy requests Love they do a carb free option of their hot dishes packed with lovely veggies upon request too
