As usual a lovely friendly welcome from Chris and his team at the Fleur. Chris had given us our usual table, thank you Chris. Minnie loved her table reservation 'Minnie and her Hoomans ' . We had a delightful lunch while passing through the area. The pub is situated in a beautiful setting and the staff were very friendly. The atmosphere in the pub was lovely.
This village pub was truly wonderful, with exceptional and friendly service. The food was excellently presented, fresh, and delicious. It's such a shame that they are closing - we have truly found a hidden gem.
I had another wonderful Sunday lunch with my family, but was saddened to learn that the restaurant will be closing at the end of this month (September 2023) due to staffing issues.
Our first time here. What a delightful pub in a beautiful setting. Garden is very pretty and plenty of parking. We had an excellent meal, roast was good and the beef very good. The burrata was so good and the homemade desserts great. Staff were attentive and on the ball. Service was very very good. We will definitely return.
Delicious food, excellent craft beer, friendly staff and wonderful ambience what more to wish for
