Always attentive and friendly staff. As a local, I've eaten here many times. I've also used them for takeaway. I've eaten on my own and in family groups. Very honestly say that I've never had a bad meal. Really enjoy it here. (No, I don't work for or with them! View all feedback.

Website takes your order with your address and gives you a delivery time then confirms via email. You then wait...and wait..... Nothing happens and no delivery! Then you phone and they say that they have not had the order, and after looking they will not deliver to that address! Bad website and bad customer service. View all feedback.
The staff is always attentive and friendly. I have dined at this restaurant frequently, both dining in and taking food to go. I have eaten here alone and with my family, and I have never had a bad meal. I truly enjoy dining at this restaurant. Just to clarify, I do not work for or with them.
The food and service at this restaurant are outstanding, making it our top choice for dining out.
I just want to say that every time I have dined at Chapslee, whether for birthdays or any occasion, the food has always been fantastic.
